Being a true team player..... SUCKS!

You know it's realy unfair that I have to be the one who does all the crappy jobs and the rest oy ya'll just do all the glamorous work! Anytime I ask you people to help me you all turn a deaf ear and ignore my plea for help. Yes, it is a PLEA. All I ask for is that you just try to help, you know just try. All of you can't possibly be doing a job that takes only one person now can you? All of you then later say why are so aggrivated and why do you hate this ******* ****.( the * represents  the thing I am involved in. ) And at the end not only do you just stand there complaining, you critizise. Really, I mean seriously, you don't help and you complain? Are you people for real?  I would really like to see you guys function without me. HAHA now that would be a laugh. You people have no order, no system no planing nothing. Group leader is blur, other members just want to do the glamorous work one and then one idiot, that makes the five of us inlcluding me? Most people would wonder why I don't say anything, and just take it and do all the shit. Well, here is why.

  I learnt earlier one that if you want someting done, you got to do it yourself. Just because you are a team does not mean "evenly " divided work. So in all my previous "group work" I did all the work. Yup ALL of it. Everyone else just contribbuted their names or if I am "lucky"  just ideas and contradictions. So yeah I am used to doing all the work. So why is this diffrent, here is why.

  In my previous "group work" I did everything meaning no one interfered or hepled me. Everyone wants to do their own thing and no one plans or listens. Before doing something I NEED, I DESPRATELY NEED a plan. I can't start something without having a plan. I just CAN'T. People say it OCD but nope its just knowing what are you doing and not wasting time. Okay fine, I do need to have things facing a certain direction and put in a certain way but that is just being neat.:P

  I have finally come into conclusion that, sometimes you got to put your team ahead of yourself and doing what is best for the team not yourself. That is being a team player.... unfortunately, not many people practise it. :'( 
BTW this post is not coulourful coz its my uncles super slow and laggy windows laptop.:(
